A platform connecting managers, tenants and contractors around building maintenance work. Back end rebuilt from scratch, single-handedly at first.
The context
A platform for building managers: a tenant reports a problem, contractors are asked to quote, a quote is approved, the work is scheduled, carried out, signed off and invoiced. Several companies on the same platform, each with its own sites, units and users.
What I did
I rebuilt the back end from scratch, on my own at first: the data model, role-based permissions, the maintenance workflow, generating the documents sent by email with open tracking, and managing units and tenants. The team grew to three for what followed, and the platform went live with its staging and production environments.

Ten months, a back end rebuilt from scratch on my own then carried by three, a product in production, and my first multi-tenant platform.
